Terms of Service — Rules for AI Football Videos

The rules for using Ozil AI: what you may upload, how credits and billing work, and what you may do with your videos. Read the full rules before you upload.

Accepting These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Ozil AI ("we", "us"), a service operated by an individual sole trader under the laws of Singapore and available at https://ozil-goal.net. If you use Ozil AI, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

By creating an account, buying credits, or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you agree to our Privacy Policy, and that you may act on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

What Ozil AI Is

Ozil AI is an independent fan tool. You upload one photo, and a third-party AI video model generates a short video of the person in that photo recreating a famous football goal. Ozil AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mesut Özil, any club, league, or broadcaster. Player, club, and competition names appear only to describe the football moment the videos refer to.

Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ozil AI. You are responsible for your account and for all activity carried out with it, including keeping your credentials safe. Do not share your login details with anyone else, keep your account email address valid, and tell us at support@a2oliteneon.net right away if you spot activity you did not authorize.

Photo Upload Rules

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of a person who has explicitly agreed to appear in a generated video. The following are not allowed:

  • photos of anyone under 18;
  • photos of people who have not consented, including celebrities and other public figures;
  • sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful material;
  • photos you do not have the rights to use.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the videos or the service to deceive anyone, impersonate a person, or harass anyone. We may decline a photo, remove a generated video, or suspend an account that violates these rules. Our AI video provider also applies its own safety filters and may reject certain photos.

Because the service is built on AI models, you also agree not to use its inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI or machine-learning model that competes with this service, and not to scrape or collect outputs from the service in bulk for purposes beyond your own use.

Credits and Billing

  • The service runs on credits: 10 credits pay for one video. You buy credit packs (for example 1, 3, or 5 videos) as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no automatic top-ups.
  • Each purchase is a single transaction charged once at checkout. The amount is shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details never reach or sit on our servers.
  • Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • Credits you buy do not expire.
  • A failed or blocked render does not consume credits — they are returned to your balance automatically.
  • If you delete your account, any unused credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded after deletion. See our Refund Policy for refunds of unused packs.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In short: a pack bought within the last 7 days and left completely unused can be refunded in full, duplicate charges are always refunded, and credits already spent on videos are not refundable.

Billing Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please email support@a2oliteneon.net before opening a dispute with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

Your Videos

  • You may download your videos and share them on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Each video re-enacts a real match moment. We do not own the rights to that match, its broadcast footage, or the names and marks of any team, league, or sponsor that may appear. Do not use the videos commercially or in any way that implies endorsement by anyone shown or mentioned.
  • Videos are AI-generated. They resemble the person in the photo, but they are not an exact likeness, and they may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on them as a factual record.

Intellectual Property and Takedowns

The website, its design, and its original content belong to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. If you believe content on Ozil AI infringes your rights, contact us at support@a2oliteneon.net and we will review your claim.

Third-Party AI Models

Videos are generated with Seedance 2.0, a video generation model developed by ByteDance, which we access through the third-party API provider apimart.ai. Because the service relies on these third-party providers, its performance and availability can be affected by them, and we do not guarantee that any particular render will succeed. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party models beyond what is described in these Terms.

Service Availability

Ozil AI is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every render will succeed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Ozil AI, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ending the Service and Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Security → Delete account, or by emailing support@a2oliteneon.net. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously break these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or where the law requires it. If we end the service for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused, unspent part of what you prepaid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Before starting any formal proceedings, please email support@a2oliteneon.net so we can try to resolve the matter informally first.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these Terms. For material changes we email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The current version is always posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using Ozil AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
